Our Apokryfo wine has been produced by Vlassides winery, the grapes have been carefully selected from vines on the chalky slopes of Koilani village, in the wine region of Limassol. The rich blend of shiraz and cabernet sauvignon has been aged for 24 months in new French, fine grain oak barrels to achieve an intense, superlative, unique taste and aroma.

Wine tasting evenings for small and larger group sizes (30 people) can be organised in the MAKRINARI conference room which is directly connected to the underground stone built cellar, accessed behind a hidden stone door.
